Mission

Our mission is to deliver the best dental care based on your needs.  We strive to make you comfortable during your visit, and to focus on a comprehensive oral plan that will last a lifetime.  Our doctors and staff stay up to date on the latest technology and methods through continuing education courses so that we can knowledgably treat you to the best of our ability.  

To ensure that you get the most out of your visit, please keep any scheduled appointments.  If you cannot make your appointment, please give 24 hours notice so that we can give the best care to other patients waiting to be seen.  

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans.  We can only estimate your coverage but cannot guarantee insurance payments.  Your estimated patient portion must be paid at time of service.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance and allow 45 days for insurance to render payment.  You are responsible for your entire balance, paid-in-full after 60 days.
